United States Shipping time estimate: 1–3 business days. United Express Shipping time estimate: 2–3 business days. Other country: 10-15 business days. Process for Returns:

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase, excluding Corporate Purchase orders which may not be refundable. Once the returned item arrives in SJoybring’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired during this 30-day window. How do I return an item?

1. Please reach out to SJoybring customer support to initiate a return. Please state the reason for the return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.

2. PLZ support will share the corresponding return address with you within 24 working hours.

3. For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to PLZ with the following information:

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 3-5 working days.

Exchange Policy:

Within 30 days of the date of purchase from the PLZ website, ONLY items of equal or lower value are eligible for returns for exchange. No returns will be accepted without an RA#. Obtaining a Returns Authorization number (RA#) is a must. All returned goods must be brand-new, unopened, and in their original packing; the buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses. Please send your returned items via a package delivery provider that offers tracking and/or insurance. Items that have been used for any length of time cannot be returned to PLZ. Before the original item has been received and confirmed, no replacement will be issued. You agree to these terms by using PLZ.com to place an order.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

2.2 Item(s) missing from the package1) Please carefully check the package's contents and weight before signing for it.

3) Customers can require a replacement or a partial refund for the missing item(s) after we verify the situation.

PLZ is responsible for the shipping fee for the return and replacement caused by the broken/deformed package, the missing item(s), or the misdelivered package(s).
For package(s) lost after being delivered to the correct address, PLZ is not responsible for any related compensation, including refunds and replacements. (The status of the package is subject to the tracking information.)

2.3 DOA (Dead on Arrival):

Please get in touch with us within seven days of receipt of goods for DOA situations.

1) Attach the order number (e.g., 902W) and detailed information describing the issue (texts/photos/videos) in the email.

2) Once the product is confirmed DOA, we will provide the warehouse address to customers to return the product.

3) Customers can require a full refund or replacement after the DOA product is delivered to the warehouse.

※ PLZ is responsible for the return and replacement shipping fee caused by DOA products.

2.4 Defective Products:

1) Customers must provide sufficient proof of purchase (e.g., order number Z708) and detailed information describing the issue (texts/photos/videos) by email.

2) We will offer troubleshooting tips and document the troubleshooting process.

※ Return(s), replacement(s) caused by product defects:

Within seven days of receipt: PLZ covers all the shipping fees.
After seven days of receipt: Customers cover the return shipping fee, and PLZ covers the replacement shipping fee.

About Returns:

1) Returns MUST include all accessories.

2) Returns MUST include original packaging or packaging with the same protection.

3) Returns MUST be delivered to PLZ's warehouses.

4) Returns may be rejected if items do NOT meet the above requirements.

5) Warranties will be VOIDED if the wrong product is returned or the defective product is NOT returned to PLZ's warehouse.

About Refunds:

1) The refund process will begin once the returned item arrives in PLZ's warehouse.

2) The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. PayPal refunds take up to 48 hours to complete. Credit card refunds and bank account refunds will take 7-10 business days to complete.

Refund exceptions

If we have reached the maximum refund limit for the month, we may not be able to refund through the original payment method, but we will issue the refund to your PayPal by transfer. This usually takes 48-72 hours. Sorry for any inconvenience we caused.

About Product Replacement:

1) Customers are responsible for remote area surcharge.

2) The duty-free shipping insurance will expire once the original package is successfully delivered. It will NOT continuously apply to the replacement package. If customers want to avoid customs duties, purchase duty-free shipping insurance again.

※ PLZ's product warranty does not cover damages caused by overclocking, even when overclocking is enabled via PLZ hardware and/or software.

Lifetime customer with repair service. We provide repair services. We maintain repair locations in the US and Germany to repair products. The customer needs to pay the return shipping cost, and we bear the sending shipping cost. Some parts and services may be charged, and please consult the website customer service for details.

Limitation of Liability

Apart from the warranty clauses mentioned above, PLZ shall not be liable for any express or implied warranty.
